The system allows on site operators to quickly and easily enter stock management data on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Daily operators have access to the simple front page interface and data entry screens. The clear icons and layout eliminate any need for staff training – the system is self explanatory and easy to use.
The programme is supplied with site specific data pre-entered however adding additional base data will improve report data. Typical information added during the set-up stage would include:
- Number of cages on site
- Volume of water per cage
- Typical value for fish for a given weight range
- Biomass and Density limits
The software is pre-programmed with standard growth rates and mortality rates, however these can also be changed at any time in the restricted access ‘Manager’ tab.
The Manager icon is password protected to ensure settings and base data cannot be changed without authorisation. This also allows historical data to be entered for days where on site operators missed data entry, or figures need to be altered or corrected.
Managers have access to a number of reports for the site. These include:
- Current stock status per cage / whole site
- Predictive reports covering individual cages and the whole site for:
- Stock value
- Average stock weight
- Biomass
- Density
Current and projection reports are automatically updated with every daily entry of new information, so data is always accurate. The predictive reports will flag dates when cages are likely to breach set limits allowing for managers to use the software for informing harvest plans or any transfers required.
EzeeAudit is provided on a two year licence to each site. Licences are updated with no need for interruption to daily operation. The programme runs on a two year cycle, extended at the time of licence renewal. Discounts are available for multiple site purchases.
